Puzzlegrain ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

When you visit our store or place an order we collect: contact details (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address), order and payment information (processed securely by our payment providers — we never store full card numbers), and device/usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected via cookies.

Why we process your data

• To fulfil orders, arrange shipping, and provide customer support (performance of a contract)
• To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules
• To improve our store and, with your consent, to send marketing emails and measure advertising (legitimate interest / consent)

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store: Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment processors, our fulfilment and shipping partners, and analytics/advertising platforms where you have consented. We never sell your personal data.

Retention

Order data is kept as long as required by Dutch tax law (generally 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email us at toatsnl@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We use essential cookies to make the store work, and optional analytics/marketing cookies which you can accept or decline via the cookie banner.
