Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you build. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Puzzlegrain.

EU right of withdrawal — 14 days

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email us at toatsnl@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all pieces included.
• Kits that have been partially or fully assembled cannot be returned, as they can no longer be resold.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or missing pieces

If your kit arrives damaged or with missing pieces, contact us within 30 days at toatsnl@gmail.com with your order number and a photo — we will send replacement pieces or a full replacement kit free of charge. You always retain your legal warranty rights under Dutch and EU consumer law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price (including standard shipping) to your original payment method within 14 days.
