Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times & costs

• Netherlands & Belgium: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of the EU: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Exact shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and can vary during busy periods and customs handling.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once the parcel is on its way. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking to activate.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped within the EU incur no additional import duties.

Wrong address / lost parcels

Please double-check your address at checkout — we cannot redirect parcels once shipped. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at toatsnl@gmail.com and we'll investigate and make it right.
