These Terms of Service govern your use of this store and your purchases from Puzzlegrain. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products & orders

All products are 3D wooden puzzle model kits intended for hobby assembly, recommended for ages 14+. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in wood tone are natural. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors — in such cases you will always receive a full refund.

Prices & payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout via the payment methods shown. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you upon delivery of the parcel.

Returns & warranty

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Statutory warranty rights under Dutch and EU consumer law remain unaffected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

All content in this store (text, images, videos, branding) is owned by or licensed to Puzzlegrain and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
